I just wanted to offer our thanks for such an informative and enjoyable day with the Systemic Knowledge-Driven Leadership event. The feedback from staff; SLT, middle leaders as well as subject teachers, has been overwhelmingly positive. I have already heard more than one anecdote of teachers finding trends of underachieving pupils and subsequently putting intervention into place - 2 hours after receiving the training!
From a personal point of view, I feel really enthused and motivated. The role of Raising Achievement is a new one for me and I know that 4Matrix will be a truly valuable tool.
Thanks must go to the consultant/trainer, for the professional, knowledgeable, yet approachable manner in which the training was delivered. They adapted the session to the needs of our school and dealt with our barrage of comments, queries and questions so very calmly and informatively.

Recent advances in the availability and sophistication of pupil level data have been enormous and can appear overwhelming to the layman. With 4Matrix, this information is presented in a clear, visual and user-friendly way so that all staff understand their role in driving up achievement and raising standards.
As a school, we will now spend far less time crunching data and instead, look forward to being able to dedicate this time and energy to analyse, to inform and adapt teaching in the classroom, to identify underachievement, to plan appropriate intervention, and to support pupils to fulfill their potential.
