One Head of Department referred to 4Matrix as ' the most useful diagnostic tool I have come across in my career'. The comment was greeted by a nodding of heads all around the room. The governors accepted the (4Matrix) reports without question. All the answers to their questions were obviously there. They usually ask questions about percentages of A's and B's etc but the software took their thinking on to higher levels - now that IS impressive.
