Please use this page to download the Custom Report Templates which have been shared by 4Matrix schools.

We are inviting schools to share their completed templates with us and we will make them available on this page. Please contact us via email if you wish to contribute to this library.

Importing template information:

There are two types of templates: Basic and Advanced. The Basic reports can be used with the Mail Merge feature by clicking Open Mail Merge and then using File > Open. Advanced templates can be used with the Advanced Report Builder by clicking Generate Report and opening the template file.
